Investment Operations - Analyst

Petra Funds Group is a rapidly growing Global Private Markets firm providing customized investment and advisory solutions. The Investment Operations Analyst will coordinate the settlement of private debt co-investment loans, manage capital calls, and support the day-to-day operations of fund partnership vehicles. Responsibilities Allocate loans to relevant investment funds in accordance with the Allocation Policy Treasury (cash management including capital calls, distributions, foreign exchange, and liquidity monitoring) Work closely with financial institutions, external loan managers, administrators, and custodians to coordinate transactions ensuring timely and accurate completion Prepare trade files, monitor data quality, and ensure bookings are recorded in a timely manner Support the investment team in the closing of transactions by responding to information requests and providing other support and analysis as needed Assist in ad-hoc report production Assist the team with day-to-day operations of private debt platform Perform other duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate Skills Demonstrates commitment, accuracy, and attention to detail, especially in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Highly motivated with a passion for the industry Proven middle office/investment operations experience in an asset manager preferred, particularly with a focus on the closing of time sensitive transactions in collaboration with internal and external partners Prior exposure to treasury and cash management is preferred Experience with Private Debt asset class a plus Experience in fund accounting a plus Attention to detail Flexibility—Our Client is a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization; all professionals are expected to perform multiple functions Promote and demonstrate a positive, team‐oriented attitude Effective communication skills and strong problem-solving skills Highly proficient in using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft office programs Takes initiative and ownership of responsibilities assigned Ability to prioritize activities while working on multiple projects and achieve target deadlines Must be able to work independently, but contribute in a team-oriented environment Proven middle office/investment operations experience in an asset manager preferred, particularly with a focus on the closing of time sensitive transactions in collaboration with internal and external partners Prior exposure to treasury and cash management is preferred Experience with Private Debt asset class a plus Experience in fund accounting a plus Benefits 90% covered medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums to help you stay healthy without financial strain.
