Job description Wofford Advisors is seeking Investment Banking Summer Analysts to join our team for the Summer of 2026. Through an 8-10 week long internship program, Summer Analysts will work closely with the team's junior and senior professionals preparing, analyzing and executing M&A transactions in the Logistics Sector. Our internship program is the primary method of sourcing full-time Investment Banking Analyst candidates. Over the course of the internship, you are assigned to active and prospective engagement teams. Summer Analysts will also gain exposure to the true day-to-day responsibilities of an investment banker and will have the opportunity to grow professionally. Responsibilities will include: • Being an integral member of the team, working collaboratively with all team members • Attending team meetings and support management by ensuring proper materials for respective meetings and determining appropriate action items and follow through on action items • Researching and gathering information on private and public companies • Assisting with financial modeling using Excel • Preparing materials for clients working alongside our full-time Analysts and Associates • Performing ad-hoc projects that require cross-functional collaboration, obtaining and analyzing data and incorporating findings. Should be very comfortable using Microsoft products, most work will be performed using Excel, Power Point, and Word (Microsoft Office suite.) The ideal candidate will demonstrate: • Strong technical skills (knowledge of accounting, Excel, etc.) • A proactive work ethic, a flexible, team-oriented attitude and ability to work independently • Considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment when handling sensitive information • Strong organizational skills and the ability to take ownership of projects • Outstanding attention to detail, as well as the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement • Professional / concise oral and written communication • Ability to work efficiently and to manage multiple projects simultaneously IMPORTANT: • This role is fully remote, but candidates must work in a continental U.S. time zone. • Applicants must have U.S. work authorization to be considered for the positionApply Now
