They are looking for an investment banking senior analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology sector, with a particular focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the New York City area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives.
• Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings.
• Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients.
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop and execute strategic plans.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the technology sector.
• Proven track record of closing sell-side SaaS deals.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
