Our Client is an investment banking firm specializing in the technology sector. They provide strategic advisory services to high-growth companies, helping them navigate complex financial transactions and achieve their business goals. They are looking for an investment banking senior analyst to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology sector, with a particular focus on Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. This is a remote position, but candidates must be based in the New York City area. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A transactions, capital raising, and other strategic initiatives. • Prepare detailed pitch books, presentations, and other marketing materials for client meetings. • Perform industry research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients. • Assist in the execution of transactions, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation processes. • Collaborate with senior bankers and clients to develop and execute strategic plans. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. • 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on the technology sector. • Proven track record of closing sell-side SaaS deals. • Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
