Reporting to the CEO, the Investment Banking/Private Equity Career Specialist's priorities will be to support Greenwood Project scholars toward career pathways into investment banking and private equity.
Additionally, the Investment Banking/Private Equity Career Specialist will support the design and development of effective systems to prepare students for internships in the finance industry.

Requirements:
Completed bachelors degree or equivalent. Masters Degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience within the Financial Services industry, specifically in Investment Banking or Private Equity.
Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds and think critically about the intersections between identity and job performance.
Ability to design feedback loops and protocols related to improving job performance.
Ability to work cross-functionally and on a team to align programs or products to meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the demonstrated ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Ability to design systems to track and monitor data; strong Excel skills preferred.
Excellent presentation skills, both oral and written, and the ability to tailor presentations to a variety of audiences.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to occasionally travel to program and partner events or attend some evening or weekend events.
Desire to operate in a start-up environment.
Strong ethics and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.
