This role can sit remote. Key Responsibilities Support cross-border M&A advisory services, working closely with global teams. Conduct industry and company research, prepare pitch materials, and assist in deal origination. Develop and maintain financial models and provide analytical support for transactions. Serve as the primary relationship contact for U.S.-based clients, prospects, and intermediaries. Coordinate deliverables for U.S. clients and ensure quality across all written materials. Draft pitch books, information memoranda, investor presentations, and term sheets. Perform due diligence, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Work across products to support deal execution and origination. Qualifications Strong understanding of financial concepts, particularly M&A. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple engagements, and adapt to changing assignments. Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work effectively with senior professionals.
