Investment Analytics Analyst
Clearwater Analytics is seeking an Investment Analytics Analyst to join their Client Servicing and Reporting team. The role involves servicing fintech SaaS applications, managing client relationships, and ensuring the integrity of investment portfolios through data analysis. Responsibilities Servicing our suite of software applications, including troubleshooting, researching and resolving issues within the specified SLAs Communicating and working with internal and external parties to resolve exceptions Working with and manipulating large data sets Observing and analyzing investment portfolios to ensure data integrity Assisting internal and external clients with performance data and reports Managing client relationships by reviewing and resolving client requests, responding to clients' inquiries on how to interpret portfolio reports provided and working with clients and Account Managers to create custom solutions Case Management and Knowledge Management Assistance in client specific projects as well as ad hoc projects to improve internal processes and procedures Skills BA/BS in economics, finance, or other quantitative or technical fields Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience Technical software understanding a plus Understanding of Excel Macros, Python, Power BI, and general coding a plus Superior communication and computer skills together with a well-developed ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude Excellent problem-solving skills as well as ability to work with large amounts of data Ability to meet tight deadlines and to effectively prioritize multiple projects Proficiency in Excel Familiarity with coding languages such as Python Excellent problem-solving skills Benefits Competitive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits Maternity and paternity leave Personal Time Off and Volunteer Time Off to give back to the community Work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year Work from home Fridays Health/vision/dental insurance 401(k) PTO Parental leave Medical leave STD/LTD insurance benefits Company Overview Clearwater Analytics is a SaaS company, providing automated investment accounting, performance, and analytics for institutional investors.
