Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate financial models and provide insights to strengthen AI model outputs.
ā¢ Review market sizing and TAM analysis for alignment with investment strategies.
ā¢ Develop comprehensive investment summaries and memos to guide decision-making.
ā¢ Collaborate on CIM creation and due diligence processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
ā¢ Process NDA/legal documents efficiently to support deal flow.
ā¢ Source potential deals and provide strategic recommendations for investment opportunities.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ At least 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
ā¢ Expertise in financial modeling or market sizing/TAM analysis.
ā¢ Proficiency in creating investment summaries and memos.
ā¢ Experience with CIM creation and due diligence.
ā¢ Ability to process NDA/legal documents.
ā¢ Skills in sourcing for deals.
