Investment Analyst

WTW is seeking an Investment Consulting analyst to support their Canadian Investment practice. The role involves providing support on investment services for Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution plans, including performance measurement, manager monitoring, and strategic asset allocation.ResponsibilitiesProduce quarterly investment performance reports by preparing written commentary and analysis for delivery to clients by required deadlinesLiaise with investment managers and other providers to collect information and conduct analysis and research as necessary to produce reportsPrepare written and analytic material that provide recommendations and actions for a variety of services and deliverablesWork together as part of dedicated client teams providing a variety of services to clientsBuild relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teamsSkillsUndergraduate degree with 0 to 3 years of experienceInterest in or progress towards the CFA or FSA is desirableInterest in and knowledge of investments and financial marketsEffective oral and written communication skillsComfortable in a team environment and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently with strong analytical skillsEffective organizational skills to manage multiple deadlines and projectsAttention to detail and able to deliver accurate and high-quality workWorking knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and WordBenefitsThis role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.Company OverviewWTW is a global advisory and solutions company that helps clients around the world turn risk into a path for growth.
