Job Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems and bar code scanners
• Ensuring all products are properly stored and accounted for
• Follow safety guidelines
• Follow standard work instructions as assigned
• Perform hands-on tasks
• Ensure all products are properly labeled
• Sort, prepare, and pack finished materials
• Maintain clean and organized workspace
• Ensure product meets customer specifications
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks to move products when needed
• May work individually or in a team environment
• Accurate recordkeeping and quality documentation

Qualifications
• Previous experience working in a food processing / production facility
• Knows and uses food GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) to insure food safety and quality, covering all aspects of production from receiving raw materials to shipping finished products
• Experience using ERP Systems (Software that manages production planning, inventory, ingredients tracking and food safety compliance)
• Able to read and interpret documents
• Attention to detail
• Basic math
• Able to lift up to 20-50 lbs, sit, stand, and reach
• Able to carry, twist, push, and pull products
