Duties: The core responsibilities of a PepsiCo Inventory Management Specialist include inventory management, restocking shelves, adjusting product displays, and communicating with store representatives to coordinate merchandising strategies. Compensation:
Ā $21.85 per hour
Primary Responsibilities:
Ā Install and stock store shelving, refrigeration units, and promotional displays with merchandise as required.
Ā Rearrange the products in the warehouse and on the retail shelves.
Ā Shift goods from the warehouse to the appropriate shelf locations for customer access.
Ā Operate equipment like underwater boats, manual wheeled carts, and pallet handlers for product transfer.
Ā Unveil promotional content like banners and flags.
Ā Keep the backroom supplies in a neat and structured manner.
Ā Inform store managers and Pepsi management about critical issues affecting store performance.
Ā Establish and nurture customer connections at the storefront level.
Ā Adhere to the operating procedures, such as scanning when arriving or leaving and sticking to the prescribed route.
Ā Help is offered during designated periods.
Ā Deliver superb customer care while operating under minimal supervision.
Ā Opt for portable devices to enhance the efficiency of order handling procedures.
Ā Attendance on a consistent basis is mandatory.
Basic Qualifications:
