Inventory & Fulfillment Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven Inventory & Fulfillment Manager to take full ownership of stock management and order fulfillment, working closely with our 3PL. This role is critical to ensuring smooth operations, accurate inventory, and fast, reliable delivery to our customers and wholesale partners. ## Responsibilities - Manage and track all inventory across warehouses and 3PL partners - Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure real-time alignment between systems (Shopify, 3PL, wholesale) - Plan and coordinate stock allocation for DTC and wholesale orders - Monitor incoming production and ensure timely intake into the warehouse - Work closely with the 3PL to ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping - Identify and resolve fulfillment issues (delays, errors, missing items) - Optimize fulfillment processes to improve speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency - Set up and manage reorder planning and stock forecasting - Prevent stockouts and overstock situations through proper planning - Oversee returns handling and restocking processes - Ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly and on time - Build systems and workflows to scale operations as the business grows ## What We’re Looking For - Experience in inventory management and fulfillment (e-commerce preferred) - Strong understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse processes - High attention to detail and accuracy - Strong organizational and planning skills - Ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines - Proactive problem solver (anticipates issues before they happen) - Comfortable with tools like Shopify, 3PL dashboards, spreadsheets, and inventory systems ## Key Traits - Structured and disciplined - Extremely detail-oriented - Fast and responsive - Ownership mindset - Process-driven - Calm under pressure ## Goal of the Role Build a reliable, scalable inventory and fulfillment system that ensures: - accurate stock at all times - fast and error-free order fulfillment - smooth coordination between GUAPI and the 3PL --- If you’re someone who thrives on organization, precision, and execution - this role is for you.
