Inventory Analyst - Remote Job for Online Stores
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure accurate inventory planning and timely replenishment.

Generate detailed reports and dashboards on inventory performance, including turnover rates, stock-outs, and aging stock.

Conduct root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies and work on corrective actions.

Support demand forecasting and assist in setting inventory targets based on historical data and market trends.

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and ensure data integrity in inventory management systems.

Assist in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Stay updated with industry best practices and recommend process improvements to reduce costs and enhance service levels.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Inventory Analyst, Inventory Planner, or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail sectors.

Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing deadlines effectively.
