Inventory Accuracy Assistant

As an Inventory Accuracy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy of our inventory and ensuring that our customers can find what they need when they need it. We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who is passionate about maintaining the integrity of our inventory data. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and data analysis.
Collaborate with other team members to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
Conduct physical counts of inventory and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Utilize inventory management systems to track and update inventory levels.
Communicate with store management and other departments to ensure accurate inventory levels and availability of products.
Assist in the implementation of inventory control procedures and best practices.
Train and educate store associates on proper inventory management procedures.
Monitor and report on inventory trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Identify and report any inventory issues, such as overstock, out-of-stock, or damaged items.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the inventory storage areas.
Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and pricing to assist customers with locating items.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling inventory.
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving inventory accuracy.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any inventory-related concerns or inquiries.
