Job... Responsibilities:
Drive customer satisfaction through inbound service calls, email, and/or chat
Troubleshoot & resolve end user issues (technical support)
Respond to inquiries related to account details, products, and services
Navigate through multiple systems and tools when helping customers
Compensation & Perks:
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Internal mobility - many of our seasonal hires transfer to regular full-time roles within the company after working their temporary assignments
Growth opportunities - over 90% of our leaders are promoted from within
Work From Home & Equipment Requirements:
Work activity must be performed in a quiet and distraction-free location within the home
Associates must have access to highspeed internet service through a hard-wired connection (i.e., via ethernet cable)
Company provides needed equipment, though associates may be asked to supply their own monitor
At this time, Foundever can only offer employment to individuals located in the following states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NV, NJ, NM, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WV, WI, WY
CANDIDATES RESIDING WITHIN 50-MILES OF A PHYSICAL FOUNDEVER FACILITY MAY BE REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE.
Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers
Problem-solver with a can-do attitude
Enjoy working independently and with a team
Must be 18+ years of age
High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check with satisfactory results
