Intraday Trading Strategy Developer

Job Description I am looking for an experienced trading strategy developer / quantitative trader to provide or design a proven intraday trading strategy that can generate consistent percentage returns with disciplined risk management. This is not a request for hype, signals, or “guaranteed profits.” I am looking for a well-defined, rule-based strategy that has been tested, documented, and realistically tradable. Scope of Work 1️⃣ Strategy Requirements The strategy should: Be designed for intraday trading (same-day entry & exit) Work on liquid U.S. equities or ETFs Be rule-based and repeatable Have clear entry, exit, and stop-loss rules Target consistent percentage gains, not home-run trades Be suitable for manual or automated execution 2️⃣ Proof & Validation (Required) You must be able to provide at least one of the following: Backtest results (with realistic assumptions) Forward-tested or paper-traded results Trade logs or performance statistics Clear explanation of market conditions where the strategy works and fails I understand no strategy works 100% of the time — realism is expected. 3️⃣ Deliverables Written explanation of the strategy logic Entry & exit rules Risk management framework Suggested instruments and time windows Optional: automation logic outline (pseudo-code or flowchart) What I Am NOT Looking For “Guaranteed” returns Signal-selling services Discord alerts Black-box systems with no explanation Over-optimized curve-fitted strategies Ideal Candidate Background in algorithmic trading, quantitative analysis, or professional day trading Comfortable explaining strategy logic clearly Experience with intraday market microstructure Familiar with risk-adjusted performance metrics Budget Open to: One-time payment for a validated strategy Performance-based bonus for exceptional results Ongoing collaboration if the strategy is solid Please include: Your trading background Type of strategies you specialize in (momentum, mean reversion, breakout, etc.) Any proof of prior work (screenshots, anonymized logs, or explanations) Why This Is a Good Opportunity I am serious about trading, risk control, and long-term scalability.
