INTL - Chile - Lead Mobile Developer

Remote Full-time
Act as the mobile subject-matter expert across iOS and Android
Lead day-to-day development and technical decision-making
Drive faster delivery and higher-quality mobile releases
Mentor and guide existing mobile engineers
Partner with product and engineering leadership to unblock progress
Own technical outcomes for the mobile application

Required Skills & Experience

Strong native mobile development experience on BOTH platforms

iOS: Swift
Android: Kotlin and/or Java

Proven experience working as a hands-on technical lead
Ability to serve as the primary technical driver for the mobile team
Comfortable leading a small team (currently 2 engineers)
Experience maintaining and enhancing an existing native codebase
Willingness to work US Eastern Time zone hours
Open to nearshore or offshore engagement models
