25/26 Middle School Speech-Language Pathologist-Forest Lake, MN
BlazerJobs is partnering with a school district in Forest Lake, MN to hire a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time role will serve a middle school caseload, working closely with students, families, and staff to provide speech and language services that support academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines
• Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with special education regulations
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Minnesota SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience with middle school students is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
