BlazerJobs is partnering with a school district in Forest Lake, MN to hire a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2025β2026 school year. This full-time role will serve a middle school caseload, working closely with students, families, and staff to provide speech and language services that support academic and social success.
Responsibilities:
β’ Conduct assessments and evaluations for students with speech and language needs
β’ Develop and implement IEPs in accordance with state and district guidelines
β’ Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
β’ Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
β’ Maintain accurate documentation and comply with special education regulations
Qualifications:
β’ Masterβs degree in Speech-Language Pathology
β’ Active Minnesota SLP license (or ability to obtain before start date)
β’ ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
β’ Previous experience with middle school students is a plus
β’ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
