What We Are Looking For:
Preparation: An interview is more than just showing up.
Positive Energy: You'll be serving as a representative of Sandbox VR. We want our candidates to leave our interviews excited about the opportunity.
Active Listening Skills: Ability to keep pace with the candidate, ask probing questions, and redirect as necessary.
Structured Interviewing Experience: Having conducted numerous interviews as part of a company, preferred.
Typing Skills: The interview note taking process should effectively keep pace with the back-and-forth cadence of discussion.
Open Availability: Individuals will have the ability to set their own schedules, but priority will be given to individuals who have more availability.
