THIS IS A VOLUNTEER POSITION*
If you're looking to work in the music industry, this internship is a really great place to start. Pop Passion Blog is looking to add a review writer to their team. The job is part-time, on your own time (but with deadlines).
Students are welcome, but this internship can last as long as you want it to, and we ask you treat it like a real job. We're looking for someone who will respect our blog and our time by keeping up with their work and deadlines. YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR UP TO 8 HOURS A WEEK. Qualifications:
- Must have some sort of experience with music and/or creative writing.
- Have some knowledge of Exel / Google Sheets and Google Docs.
- Able to make time for your assignments.
- Willing to take the time to learn how to use our blog dashboard and how to write articles.
- Must like pop music!
Duties Include:
- Keeping track of work in Google Sheets
- Listening to assigned songs and writing a detailed, positive review article.
- Researching the artists you are assigned.
- Navigating the Wix Blog Editor for our site.
- Notifying artists when their articles are published.
- Keeping communication with me over text message
- Writing around 3 articles a week and turning them in ON TIME. (Within a week that they are assigned to you)
