Location: North Delhi Duration: 3 Months Internship PPO: Based on Performance Stipend: 25,000 35,000 per month Joining: Immediate About TradeSme TradeSme is building a trade + finance-led platform focused on MSMEs. We work closely with buyers, suppliers, and finance partners to enable smooth procurement, trading execution and credit support. We are looking for a high-ownership Operations Intern who can handle day-to-day execution, coordination, reporting, and client servicing. This is a hands-on role and youll work directly with leadership. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day trading operations and execution including order tracking, dispatch coordination, delivery timelines and issue resolution . Ensure strong follow-ups with buyers, suppliers, logistics partners and finance partners via calls/WhatsApp/email to close tasks on time. Coordinate the full process flow PO dispatch delivery invoice payment , while maintaining daily trackers for orders, dispatch, delivery status, outstanding payments and client servicing issues. Handle customer servicing for existing clients and resolve queries quickly. Coordinate with internal teams and NBFC/partner teams for documentation, verification follow-ups, approval tracking and disbursal/repayment updates. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports in Excel, build basic Power BI dashboards, support finance operations like invoice matching, reconciliation and payment tracking, and travel for client meetings/follow-ups when required. Also contribute to improving operations by creating SOPs, checklists and workflow trackers. Skills Required Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, formulas) Basic to good understanding of Power BI (dashboards/reporting) Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred) Basic understanding of Finance / Accounting / Trading Strong ownership mindset + ability to multi-task Comfortable with travel and client meetings Who Should Apply Students / freshers who want real startup exposure and hands-on learning Candidates who are proactive, detail-oriented and can take responsibility Someone who can work in a fast-moving environment and handle execution + strong follow-ups Graduates who have completed their graduation and are available to join immediately Candidates who can work full-time (not part-time) for the complete 3-month internship Stipend 25,000 35,000 per month (based on skill level and interview performance)
