In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with global regulations for our innovative products. We are seeking a candidate with a strong understanding of international regulatory requirements and a passion for driving results. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of international regulatory requirements for 3M products Monitor and interpret changes in global regulations and communicate potential impacts to relevant stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements Lead the preparation and submission of international regulatory filings and maintain relevant documentation Conduct regulatory assessments and risk analyses to identify potential compliance issues Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and external partners Provide guidance and support to internal teams on international regulatory matters Develop and implement strategies to ensure timely and successful regulatory approvals for new products and changes to existing products Stay current on industry trends and best practices in international regulatory affairs Ensure all regulatory activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. 3M is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
