The Profile
You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Telesales role, ideally within the IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing, IT Services and Other Services industry.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You have working knowledge of communication, calling, management and customer support
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
