Manage and expand international client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned international accounts, handling all inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize knowledge of international trade and logistics to provide clients with expert guidance and solutions.
Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
Actively monitor and analyze account performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
Prepare and present detailed account reports and conduct regular business reviews with clients.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote UPS's international services and generate new business opportunities.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
