Join Inchcape and support the implementation and standardization of Internal Controls processes across the Europe & Africa region.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in an international environment, building a strong controls culture, and supporting the organization in risk management, compliance, and process improvement activities.



Your role

In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Internal Controls methodology across the Europe & Africa region.

Your role will involve close collaboration with regional and local teams in the areas of risk management, controls testing, certification, and continuous improvement of the internal control environment.



Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the Internal Controls methodology across the Europe & Africa region

Coordinating control certification, testing, and assessment activities

Collaborating with regional and local teams in the areas of risk management and compliance

Supporting standardization and continuous improvement initiatives within the controls environment

Organizing and delivering Internal Controls and risk management training sessions

Monitoring remediation activities related to identified control gaps

Cooperating with Internal Audit teams and supporting audit-related activities

Supporting Control Self-Assessment processes

Maintaining and developing Internal Controls tools and systems

Partnering with business stakeholders and support functions including Finance, Compliance, IT, and Legal



Who are we looking for?

Apply if you have:

Minimum 7 years of experience in audit, internal controls, compliance, or finance

Strong understanding of Internal Controls, risk management, and compliance processes

Experience working with frameworks such as SOX, COBIT, ITIL, or COSO

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment

Proactive mindset and hands-on approach

Fluent English skills enabling effective work in an international environment

Experience with SAP and BlackLine would be considered an advantage
