Job Description
• Plan and execute internal audit engagements in line with established procedures and timelines.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address identified risks and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Assist in the development of the annual audit plan and risk assessment process.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Internal Audit Manager should have:
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of internal audit experience, preferably within asset management.
• Relevant professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of internal audit practices and standards.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles within the Financial Services industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Proficiency in audit software and tools is preferred.
