Project Summary: This part-time position offers an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience and develop valuable professional skills in a supportive, home office environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to complete project-based assignments that require attention to detail, sound judgment, and strong communication. Support marketing and commercial initiatives that contribute to customer growth and targeting effectiveness. The intern will assist with campaign execution, industry and customer segmentation, and organizing sales and marketing tools to support business development and the commercial team's efficiency. This role is designed for students seeking to build practical skills and experience in a professional environment. You will have opportunities to enhance your communication, project management, and analytical abilities while working alongside experienced team members. Position Description: Support email campaign execution, including list preparation, content development, coordination and reporting. Compile and organize prospect and customer data for campaigns and outreach Assist with segmentation (e.g., industry, company size) and data organization. Organize sales and marketing materials within PECO Files and SharePoint. Support the development of presentations and sales enablement materials as needed. Essential Duties: Campaign Execution Support: Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience list preparation, content coordination, and basic performance tracking (e.g. UTMs). Industry Targeting & Segmentation: Support benchmarking of existing customer base to define priority industries, company sizes and review standardized targeting criteria used throughout PECO (SIC, NAICS, Biz Central naming, ZoomInfo, etc.). Sales Enablement & Content Organization: Audit and organize sales and marketing materials within PECO Files and the Commercial Team SharePoint, and support coordination of customer-facing tools as needed. Key Competencies: Communication & Collaboration Skills: Ability to clearly summarize insights and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, supporting the development of email content, presentations, and sales materials. Research & Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, organize, and interpret market and customer information. Organization & Attention to Detail: Ability to manage data, maintain structured files (e.g. SharePoint), and support project deliverables.
