This 3-month internship comes with the potential to extend up to 6 months, making it perfect for students building their first professional experience. What You’ll Be Doing As an Intern , your primary focus will be supporting Prezi customers and ensuring they have a great experience while using our platform. Specifically, you will: Handle L1 customer queries with a primary focus on payment-related issues . Build a bridge between Prezi and its users, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the support team to contribute towards improving workflows and customer experiences. Learn from experienced professionals and grow your knowledge in essential customer support tools and methods. Who we’re looking for: . Fluent English speakers (bonus points for additional language skills!). Tech-savvy individuals who are comfortable navigating Windows, Mac, and Google Suite tools. Problem-solvers with great attention to detail and a proactive mindset. Team players with excellent communication skills who can work independently as well.
