YOUR INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE As an intern, you will be fully immersed in Richemont's vibrant organization and unique culture, engaging in a wide array of activities across our prestigious Maisons. You will play a vital role, assisting your dedicated team in executing brand or functional strategies, and contributing to key initiatives and projects that drive development and understanding in areas such as sales, culture, analytics, and service.

INTERNSHIP TITLE Intern, People Data & Analytics

ROLE OVERVIEW The Intern for People Data & Analytics will manage the data associated with HR projects in North America.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in analyzing data and creating enhancements using data visualization tools to improve performance through KPIs and metrics.
• Support data quality checks across systems - from acquisition to consumption.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing data to gain further insight into people metrics, trends, and workforce changes.
• You will leverage your analytics skills to support the team in translating business questions into actionable dashboards for the entire organization.

YOUR PROFILE
• Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application.
• Acquiring a bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, accounting, finance or any other related fields.
• Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• An innovative and proactive thinker, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative team player, eager to contribute, empower others, and achieve collective success.
• Highly energetic and enthusiastic about supporting diverse projects and initiatives.
• Available to commit to a full-time schedule throughout the entire duration of our Summer Internship Program from June 1st to August 7th.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note: International students must possess a current work visa; Richemont North America does not sponsor work visas for summer internships.
• Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
