Intern - Legal
Job Summary
The Intern will report directly to, and will support, the General Counsel, with a focus on contract administration, document management, and basic legal administration. This role is designed for a college student with no prior legal experience who is interested in corporate law, contracts, and the travel management industry.
Essential Responsibilities
Assist with contract lifecycle management, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining agreements (e.g. vendor, client contracts)
Review contracts for basic administrative elements (dates, signatures, completeness)
Help prepare documentation
Conduct light research with guidance
Organize and maintain files
Assist with compliance tracking
Perform other general administrative support for the General Counsel and department
Required Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a college/university program for Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Skills & Certifications
Interest in pursuing law school or legal-related career
Coursework in business, law, or finance
