About the position Responsibilities • Conduct online research to identify external content for the Well-being Works Better Resource Center. • Participate in consumer research to develop messaging and create slides for internal and external stakeholders. • Create slides summarizing ROI for sponsors. • Analyze data across the Healthy Living website and email marketing. • Develop promotional resources for various business aspects. • Edit materials and coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders. • Support content and asset creation across Total Health and Well-being, focusing on workforce tools and resources. • Work with the AHA Resource Center team to organize Total Health and Well-being resources. • Update and improve the internal recipe database for better accessibility. • Develop materials for meetings, including agendas and notes. Requirements • Undergraduate coursework in health promotion, content marketing, general marketing, or communications. • Effective oral and written communication skills. • Ability to manage projects from inception to completion in a corporate and non-profit environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office software. • Reliable WiFi connection.
