The Digital Marketing Intern builds strong client relationships and supports long-term success. This role helps manage social media advertising in Meta's Business Manager by creating ads, tracking performance, and maintaining budgets. The intern also responds to client questions, shares monthly performance reports, and helps clients understand how to use Thryv in their daily operations. By staying organized, responsive, and proactive, this role helps improve campaign results and deliver a positive client experience.
Responsibilities

Build strong client relationships by supporting onboarding, setting clear expectations, and providing ongoing guidance for long-term success.
Create and manage social media ads, including collaborating on content ideas, maintaining brand voice, and ensuring campaigns align with client goals.
Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets in Meta’s Business Manager, and share insights through client reporting.
Serve as a primary point of contact for client questions, providing timely responses, basic training, and helpful best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve campaign results and increase product usage by staying up to date on trends and client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to support ad creation, messaging, and overall client experience while helping resolve issues as they arise


Who We’re Looking For

Currently enrolled in an accredited degree program at a college or university
Previous experience in the relevant field is a plus
Ability to learn quickly in a virtual setting.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in basic computer programs and operations.
Research and analytical skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to prioritize and adapt to new tasks.#LI-DNI
