Responsibilities: The Communications Intern supports the Crash Champions Communications team by assisting with accurate, consistent, and timely communication across both internal and external channels. This part-time intern will help maintain the quality of our online listings, engage with customers through review platforms, and organize internal communication assets for easy access. Key Functions and Responsibilities: Audit and update local listings across online platforms (Google, Yelp, Apple, Facebook, etc.) to ensure accuracy of hours, services, and contact information. Respond to customer reviews on Google and Yelp using established Crash Champions communication standards and escalation paths. Assist with internal communication tasks, including organizing, archiving, and maintaining a structured folder system for past and ongoing communications. Prepare internal communication materials for the Crash Champions intranet using approved templates and brand guidelines. Compile simple reports summarizing Google and Yelp review activity, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Support day-to-day communications needs across the Communications team. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, Journalism, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Interest in marketing, communications, digital media, or similar fields. Ability to navigate digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting formats. Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a remote environment. Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt tone for internal and external audiences.
