We invite an Intermediate Scrum Master to join our team and support the development of internal applications for a leading payment processing solution provider serving over 275,000 U.S. businesses. You'll work with two distributed cross-functional teams β DevOps and Development β in a collaborative Agile environment. In this role, you'll facilitate Scrum ceremonies, maintain Agile processes and reporting, and ensure alignment across stakeholders and time zones.

Is that you?
β’ 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
β’ Experience working with distributed, cross-functional teams in a remote environment
β’ Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles
β’ Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
β’ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively
β’ Ability to gather, structure, and clearly communicate information from multiple stakeholders
β’ Comfort guiding and supporting teams in Agile practices and day-to-day collaboration
β’ Ability to adapt communication style to different teams, cultures, and individuals
β’ Hands-on experience with Jira or similar Agile tools
β’ Strong organizational skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
β’ Upper-Intermediate English level
Desirable:
β’ Previous experience as a Technical Writer or Business Analyst
β’ Experience working in large enterprise or fintech environments
Key responsibilities and your contribution:
In this role, you'll support two distributed Agile teams working on internal system migrations and application integrations within a large enterprise environment.
β’ Facilitate Scrum ceremonies for two distributed cross-functional teams
β’ Support and guide teams in applying Agile/Scrum practices
β’ Ensure transparency through clear reporting and delivery metrics
β’ Facilitate communication and alignment across teams and stakeholders
β’ Support smooth day-to-day collaboration across teams
β’ Identify and help remove blockers, dependencies, and communication gaps across teams
