Intermediate Full-Stack Developer (Ruby on Rails/React)

What we're looking forWe are looking for an intermediate full stack dev! Phoenix is a Y Combinator backed startup based in downtown Toronto. You’ll work closely with the cofounders to continue to build out the patient and physician side of our platform. We are looking for a passionate, mission-driven engineer who takes pride in the products they build. You're the type of dev who loves the whiteboard and figuring out streamlined solutions to complicated workflows.QualificationsHave 5+ years of professional programming experienceHave 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on RailsAre comfortable in at least one modern Javascript front-end framework (ideally React)Creating software features that are robust, reliable, and user-friendly for both internal teams and our customersExperience with Cloud Platforms is a nice to have (ideally AWS)Has experience thoroughly testing and deploying their own codeParticipate in the design, architecture, and delivery of new features in a collaborative environmentYou are passionate about improving the Canadian healthcare experience and have a personal connection to the spaceWhy work at Phoenix?Impact & autonomy.
