Interior Planner / Interior Designer Needed for Full House Layout (≈170 m²) – Start ASAP

We are looking for an experienced Interior Planner / Interior Designer who can help us develop a complete interior layout for a house of approximately 170 square meters. The goal is to optimize all spaces in a functional, aesthetic, and efficient way. The project includes planning and conceptual layout for: • Living room • Kitchen (including cabinetry layout and functional flow) • Bedrooms • Bathrooms • Hallways & storage solutions • General space optimization and interior flow What we need: • A designer with strong experience in space planning • Ability to create 2D and/or 3D layouts, mood boards, and practical design proposals • Someone who understands how to optimize small and large spaces for comfort, usability, and style • Ability to start immediately • Good communication and ability to collaborate based on feedback • Preferably experience with Mediterranean / Scandinavian / modern interiors (not required but a plus) Deliverables: • Initial concept layout for each room • Revisions based on feedback • Final detailed space plan (2D or 3D) for the entire house • Suggestions for materials, finishes, furniture placement, and light planning • Optional: A shopping list or material guide (if you offer this service) Project size: Full-home planning Timeline: Start ASAP – fast turnaround is appreciated Budget: Please propose your price and timeframe If you have done similar work before, please include: • Your portfolio • Examples of home layouts or interior planning projects • Short explanation of your approach We are ready to begin immediately and will select the candidate who best matches our style, communication, and experience.
