Interior Designer-Architect (LUMION EXPERT)

Job Offer: Interior Architect Specialized in High-End Residential Rendering and Modeling We are seeking an Interior Architect with a flair for luxury residential design to join our dynamic team in a remote position. The ideal candidate will be an expert inLumion, with a proven track record of delivering finished projects that embody sophistication and elegance. Contract Type:International Service Provision As the hiring company, we will not assume any payment for social security or taxes tha each contractor is responsible for in accordance with Colombian laws and regulations. Responsibilities: • Engage with clients to establish objectives and requirements for their space. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for an all-encompassing space understanding. • Prepare sketches and visual aids to present preliminary designs. • Guide clients through material and decor selections. • Employ design software for detailed plan illustrations. • Manage project timelines and costs, providing accurate estimates. • Source materials within project and budget parameters. • Supervise installation ensuring all elements meet design specifications. • Address and resolve any client concerns post-installation. • Stay abreast of interior design trends and advancements. Requirements • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is a must. • Demonstrated expertise in Lumion is critical – applicants should be prepared to submit video samples of completed projects showcasing their mastery in Lumion. • A minimum C1 level in English to effectively communicate and collaborate. • Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills. • Strong aesthetic sense with a proven ability to create visually stunning interiors. • Skilled in visual design, with a keen eye for proportion and aesthetics. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to navigate and utilize CAD software with ease. • A basic understanding of building codes and inspection regulations. Qualifications: • A Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. • Interior design certification and Lumion education strongly preferred. • A minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
