Interior Design Lead | Permanent WFH

This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Colorado (USA) We’re looking for an experienced Interior Design Lead with 10+ years in the industry to take charge of projects from concept to completion. This role is perfect for someone who can confidently present designs to clients and consultants, lead a creative team, and ensure high-quality production deliverables. Key Responsibilities • Lead the full interior design process—from initial concept and space planning to final execution • Present design proposals to clients, consultants, and stakeholders with confidence and clarity • Oversee and mentor a design team responsible for producing detailed drawings and project documents • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure projects meet design intent, quality standards, and timelines • Review, refine, and approve design outputs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals • Maintain strong design standards while bringing fresh, innovative ideas to every project Requirements • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in interior design • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end project ownership • Proven ability to manage and mentor a design team • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and AutoCAD (non-negotiable—your software game has to be strong) • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Work-from-home requirement: • Device: Personal computer with Intel Core i5 or higher, or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher • Memory & Storage: At least 16 GB RAM and 100 GB of free disk space • Internet: Wired connection with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed, plus a backup connection (e.g., mobile hotspot or prepaid Wi-Fi) • Work Environment: Quiet, well-lit space with minimal background noise Benefits • Permanent Work From Home • Leave Credits • Monetary Allowance • Annual Bonus • Weekly Paychecks • Fixed Weekends Off • Thriving Company Culture with Complete Autonomy • Exclusive Specialized Training Programs • Unlock Your Potential with a Highly Competitive Salary Who are we?
