Interior Architect

We are looking for a skilled Interior Architect with experience across concept design, 3D rendering, and producing working drawings that meet Australian standards. This remote role is ideal for a talented designer with solid technical knowledge and a strong sense of design accuracy. Responsibilities • Day-to-Day • Collaborate on and produce architectural concept designs • Create detailed 3D renders for client presentations • Develop working drawings for renovation projects (to Australian standards) • Review design compliance and suggest improvements where required • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and present solutions • Maintain high quality and attention to detail across all deliverables • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • 100% design accuracy to Australian building standards • Timely delivery of drawings and renders (as per project timeline) • Client satisfaction and approval of design submissions • Minimal revisions required on final outputs • Effective communication with project managers and design leads To be successful in this role, you will have: • Mandatory: • Diploma or degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture • Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential renovations • Strong understanding of Australian building codes and standards • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 • Proven ability to deliver end-to-end design documentation • Desirable: • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other 3D design tools • Experience working in a virtual team setup • Exposure to Australian residential projects preferred • Soft Skills: • Sharp, switched-on, and detail-oriented • Strong communicator and confident presenter • Self-managed with a “get it done” mentality • Creative yet practical in solving design challenges • Able to work independently and extract needed information from stakeholders • Driven and proactive with a high standard of personal output Apply tot his job
