Interim Healthcare Regulatory Attorney (100% Remote)
Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group has an immediate need for a part-time (20+ hours per week) Interim Healthcare Regulatory Attorney (100% Remote, National) for our Big Law client for 3+ months.
Overview: Our law firm client is seeking a seasoned and skilled Interim Healthcare Regulatory Attorney that has experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
Company: AMLAW 200 Law Firm
Experience: 5-10+ Years Experience
Location: 100% Remote, National Search
Responsibilities Include:
• Candidates must have prior experience advising on federal and state regulatory matters in connection with corporate and transactional work involving institutional healthcare providers.
• Substantive knowledge of the Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute.
• Experience handling Change of Ownership (CHOW) transactions and related regulatory filings.
• Familiarity with the OIG and CMS voluntary self-disclosure protocols.
• Ideal candidates will also have prior transactional experience, including conducting corporate and regulatory due diligence, structuring transactions to comply with federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, and drafting and reviewing relevant transactional documents.
Qualifications Include:
• Excellent academic credentials and training in Big Law or Mid-Major law firm.
• Admission to at least one state bar.
• Comfortable tracking hours at a large law firm
• Excellent attention to detail in written and oral communication.
$120 per hour
