Interim Contract Finance Leader
Job Description:
• Oversee the Finance function during a period of company transition
• Advise the executive team on Finance matters
• Support and coordinate the organization's finance infrastructure and strategy
• Establish policies and procedures
• Set up internal control systems/risk systems
• Support urgent issues
• Manage complex finance workstreams
• Prepare for audits and planning
• Lead Finance-related change management efforts
• Hire for open positions in the Finance function
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required; masters a plus
• Minimum 7-10 years of appropriate experience
• Extensive background in roles of progressive scope and responsibility within Finance
• Strategic and innovative team player with strengths in financial controls
• Ability to engage with a variety of leaders and stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate with individuals in multiple time zones and cultures
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
