Experience tailored benefits, diverse projects with various tech stacks, and opportunities for growth, freedom, and responsibility you desire.ABOUT THE ROLE:Whether you're in the heart of any European Country or anywhere else in Europe, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the financial sector, working on exciting projects that enhance and optimize reconciliation systems through IntelliMatch development and automation.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Develop and customize IntelliMatch systems to meet client requirements.Configure system components such as users, accounts, and auto-matching rules.Provide ongoing support, including system maintenance, issue resolution, and performance improvements.Analyze requirements and implement system solutions to simplify and automate processes.Create and maintain accurate system documentation.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand needs and align on solutions.Deploy and manage static data setups across development, testing, and production environments.Work in an Agile environment, adhering to Agile methodologies.Work during American working hours (10-19 GMT+2 / 8-17 GMT).WHAT WE EXPECT:Experience in system maintenance, application support, and data analysis.Hands-on knowledge of IntelliMatch, Oracle EBS, BlackLine, or similar reconciliation tools.Proficiency in SQL and exposure to Excel Macros creation.Academic background in Technology Systems, Mathematics, or related fields.Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.Ability to multitask, work independently, and communicate effectively in English.Experience in financial systems and Agile environments is a plus.WHAT WE OFFER:Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 25 - 55 hourly (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).At Addendum we believe in personalized benefits packages that cater to your unique passions.
