Weβre seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property attorney to join a leading IP practice. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact matters involving IP prosecution, transactions, and litigation across a wide range of industries and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Draft and prosecute patent and/or trademark applications
β’ Conduct IP due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses
β’ Advise on licensing, portfolio strategy, and IP enforcement
β’ Support litigation efforts including motion practice and trial prep
β’ Negotiate and draft IP-related agreements (licensing, development, confidentiality)
β Qualifications
β’ JD from an accredited law school
β’ Active bar license; USPTO registration preferred (for patent work)
β’ 3β6 years of IP experience (litigation, prosecution, or transactions)
β’ Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills
β’ Technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science, life sciences) preferred
Preferred Experience
β’ Trademark prosecution and enforcement
β’ Tech transactions, open-source compliance, and licensing
β’ Supporting IP in M&A and corporate transactions
