Intellectual Property Attorney | Patent, Trademark, & IP Litigation Roles Locations: Major U.S. Markets + Hybrid/Flexible Roles: IP Associate (3–6+ Years) | Counsel | Transactional & Litigation Tracks Focus Areas: Patents, Trademarks, Copyrights, IP Strategy & Licensing We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intellectual Property attorney to join a leading IP practice. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact matters involving IP prosecution, transactions, and litigation across a wide range of industries and technologies. Key Responsibilities • Draft and prosecute patent and/or trademark applications • Conduct IP due diligence and freedom-to-operate analyses • Advise on licensing, portfolio strategy, and IP enforcement • Support litigation efforts including motion practice and trial prep • Negotiate and draft IP-related agreements (licensing, development, confidentiality) ✅ Qualifications • JD from an accredited law school • Active bar license; USPTO registration preferred (for patent work) • 3–6 years of IP experience (litigation, prosecution, or transactions) • Strong writing, analytical, and client-facing skills • Technical background (e.g., engineering, computer science, life sciences) preferred Preferred Experience • Trademark prosecution and enforcement • Tech transactions, open-source compliance, and licensing • Supporting IP in M&A and corporate transactions Why This Role? • Work on cutting-edge IP issues with top-tier clients • Join a collaborative and innovative legal team • Build deep expertise across litigation, prosecution, and transactional IP • Flexible structure for growth in your chosen area of IP practice Interested?
