Integrations Engineer

Responsibilities:Enable success of enterprise clients onboarding on the Doppel platformCoordinate development lifecycle of various third party integrations and SIEMsTroubleshoot and resolve SSO and authentication-related issues (SAML, OAuth, etc).Enable webhook and API onboarding for internal and external customersProactively identify and scale customer limits on the Doppel platform.Manage the development of 4-5 parallel integration work streams with multiple stakeholdersSet and maintain deadlines with clear communicationsBridge communication gaps between engineering and other non technical functionsAPI/Webhook enablement for marketing, CSMs, sales engineers, and customersAble to build applications on top of our webhook platform to level up Doppel use-casesOwn product adoption and usage metrics related to integrations.Create and maintain dashboards to track customer API/webhook usage and system health.Document and iterate on onboarding and integration best practices.Requirements:A proficient technical background - to understand APIs, databases, and enterprise configuration managementProven project management with multiple parties across time zonesBe extremely customer facing, and have a resilient, troubleshooting mindsetStrong communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to query data and build dashboards.About usDoppel is the first platform built to dismantle digital deception at scale.
