You can find your productive zone and work from there.About the roleWe’re looking for an Integration Engineer to lead client onboarding for Sardine’s fraud and compliance products. You’ll manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment. This is a hands-on role working closely with clients and internal teams, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.What you’ll be doingLead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance productsWork closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process, setting our clients up for successOwn public-facing SDKs, APIs, integration guides, and support documentsAnalyze clients' requirements from the technical and functional perspectives and design solutions by having a deep understanding of our system and products' capabilitiesManage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverablesBuild a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria so that you can provide solutions utilizing Sardine's technologyProvide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the groundWhat you’ll need4+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, and systems analyst, working with multiple technical teams, both internal and external2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in the relevant domain (payment, fraud, risk, or compliance)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical personasExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completionExperience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysisExperience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools (e.g., bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, Postman)Compensation: Base pay range of $110,000 - $150,000 USD + Series-C Equity with tremendous upside potential + Attractive benefitsThe compensation offered for this role will depend on various factors, including the candidate's location, qualifications, work history, and interview performance, and may differ from the stated range.Benefits we offer:Generous compensation in cash and equityEarly exercise for all options, including pre-vestedWork from anywhere: Remote-first CultureFlexible paid time off, Year-end break, Self care days offHealth insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents - US and Canada specific4% matching in 401k / RRSP - US and Canada specificMacBook Pro delivered to your doorOne-time stipend to set up a home office — desk, chair, screen, etc.Monthly meal stipendMonthly social meet-up stipendAnnual health and wellness stipendAnnual Learning stipendUnlimited access to an expert financial advisoryJoin a fast-growing company with world-class professionals from around the world.
