Integration Configuration Specialist

Responsibilities Adjust and validate HL7 message structures, including field mapping and variable updates Review and modify JSON payloads to ensure accurate data exchange between systems Set up and validate SFTP connections for file-based integrations Execute repetitive configuration tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail Validate end-to-end data flow and ensure integrations function as expected Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues during setup, testing, and post-deployment Document configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and structured manner Perform audits and quality checks to ensure integration consistency and reliability Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams regarding integration behavior and issues Respond to support requests and tickets in a timely and professional manner Assist with testing and validation of integration-related updates or enhancements Deliver a consistent, high-quality support experience through detail-oriented analysis Requirements 1–2 years of experience in QA, integration support, technical support, or similar roles in a SaaS or EMR/EHR environment Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and data flow between systems Familiarity with HL7 and JSON, including the ability to read, understand, and modify structures Experience working with configuration-based systems or tools Exposure to SFTP or file-based integrations Experience using ticketing systems such as Zendesk, ServiceNow, or similar Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills High attention to detail and ability to work on repetitive, accuracy-sensitive tasks Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and prioritization skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Willingness to learn proprietary tools and workflows Focus on integrations, data validation, and troubleshooting Nice to Have Experience with QA automation, including API testing, automated validation, or scripting #LI-REMOTE About us AssureSoft is a multinational software development and information technology company providing strategic consulting, technology services, and outsourcing business processes.
