Ensure the Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) are networked for Critical Path analysis and reconciliation. Contribute to the completion of weekly/monthly detailed analysis for major Program Events. Assist in analyzing key intermediate milestones for status updates to the Integrated Master Plan (IMP). Coordinate with major suppliers to collect and deliver current schedule information. Manage schedule baseline and control, assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis. Assist in proposal generation, costing, and cost/schedule integration. Perform required schedule assessments using Risk Management tools. Prepare and present briefing materials to management and customers. Requirements Program Performance Management knowledge, EVMS experience, and integrated cost & scheduling tool implementation. Experience with scheduling software such as MS Project and Open Plan. Ability to prepare and present various types of reports to all levels of Management. Strong communication and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented approach. Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills. Ability to apply organizational, planning, management, problem-solving, and execution skills to multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to interface effectively with senior leaders in the organization. Nice-to-haves Knowledge of developing & maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS). Ability to consolidate detailed schedule data into management level reporting. Experience with Open Plan. Excel skills (X-Lookup, Pivot Tables, etc.). IMPR/IPMDAR experience. Cost and Schedule integration with regard to EVMS. Ability to multi-task and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Current secret or higher clearance. Graduate of the Hiring our Heroes program.
