Location This position is remote but must live within 30 minutes of a branch office. Schedule Friday 200 pm - 600 pm Saturday & Sunday 830am - 500 pm Monday 830 am - 200 pm • Your Role as an Intake Specialist • Serve as the first step in the patient care process by managing incoming referrals and ensuring all required documents and orders are complete. • Process referrals with precision, handling a high volume of documents efficiently. • Collaborate regularly with the operations team and sales department to ensure seamless coordination. • Key responsibilities include • Processing new patient intakes. • Conducting eligibility and benefit checks. • Navigating EMR systems and other acceptance portals. • Communicating with sales, operations, and referral sources. • Managing and reconciling insurance changes on a weekly basis. • Qualifications • Exceptional customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on urgency. • Detail-oriented and capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently. • Experience with medical intake processes (preferred). • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and insurance portals (preferred) Why Choose Concierge Home Care?
