What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer initial calls from clients seeking EAP services and assess their needs
- Complete EAP Intake Forms in the EAP Expert database system
- Screen for safety issues, domestic violence, and other high-risk considerations, connecting clients to on-call counselors when necessary
- Connect clients to affiliate providers or EAP clinical staff for services
- Provide general information and referrals related to legal, financial, and work-life challenges
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent IT applications and database skills
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus
- Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps and 10 Mbps upload speed
- Strong commitment to customer service

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office programs
